Abstract
У статті розглянуто правову природу відносин щодо запобігання корупції в органах Національної поліції України. Досліджено адміністративно-правові відносини, які виникають у процесі запобігання корупції у діяльності органів Національної поліції як під час здійснення внутрішньої організаційної, так і зовнішньої адміністративної діяльності. Виокремлено особливості правовідносин, які виникають щодо запобігання корупції у діяльності органів Національної поліції. The article deals with the legal nature of relations on the prevention of corruption in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. The administrative-legal relations that arise in the process of preventing corruption in the activities of the bodies of the National Police during the conduct of internal organizational and external administrative activities are investigated. The peculiarities of legal relations, which arise in relation to the prevention of corruption in the activities of the bodies of the National Police, are singled out.
