Abstract
У статті досліджуються основні наукові підходи щодо визначення поняття та видів міжнародної злочинності. Аналізуються основні доктринальні позиції радянських, українських та зарубіжних вчених юристів-міжнародників у різні часові періоди. Встановлюються особливості розуміння поняття та видів міжнародної злочинності в сучасний період. The article considers the main scientific approaches to the definition and types of international crime. Analyses the main doctrinal positions of soviet, ukrainian and foreign scientists, international lawyers in different time periods. Established a particular understanding of the concept and types of international crime in modern times.
