Abstract
У статті досліджено та проаналізовано актуальні питання місця та ролі бюджетних розпорядників у системі бюджетних правовідносин. Провідне місце в системі фінансового права належить саме бюджетному праву, правовідносини в галузі якого регламентують усі процеси пов’язані з бюджетною системою України. The article researches and analyzes the topical issues of the place and role of budget administrators in the system of budget legal relations. The leading place in the system of financial law belongs to budgetary law, legal relations in the field of which regulate all processes related to the budgetary system of Ukraine.
