Abstract
У статті проаналізовано правомірне обмеження свободи вираження поглядів в епоху світової глобалізації. Наголошено на тому, що правомірне обмеження свободи вираження поглядів в умовах захисту національної безпеки, територіальної цілісності є підставою для захисту основних сфер життєдіяльності людини і держави як усередині країни, так і за її межами. The article analyzes the legitimate restriction of freedom of expression in the time of world globalization. It is stressed that the lawful restriction of freedom of expression in the conditions of protection of national security, territorial integrity is the basis for protecting the main spheres of human life and state both inside the country and abroad.
