| dc.description.abstract | У статті, з позицій загальнотеоретичного аналізу, розкрито основні вимоги Європейського Союзу щодо реформування системи спеціалізованих владних інституцій протидії корупції в України. Також висвітлено проблематику здійснення відповідних організаційних і правових перетворень у зазначеній галузі. З урахування наданого Україні статусу держави-кандидата на вступ до Європейського Союзу, системно висвітлено практичний зріз реалізації правових процедур формування вищого керівного складу Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури і Національного антикорупційного бюро. The article, from the standpoint of a general theoretical analysis, reveals the main requirements of the European Union regarding the reform of the system of specialized power institutions for combating corruption in Ukraine. The issue of implementing relevant organizational and legal transformations in the specified industry is also highlighted. Taking into account Ukraine's status as a candidate state for joining the European Union, the practical aspect of the implementation of legal procedures for the formation of the top management of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau is systematically highlighted. | |
