Abstract
У статті розглядаються актуальні аспекти співробітництва України та Міжнародного кримінального суду в контексті розгляду звернень України в Міжнародному кримінальному суді, аналізуються положення деяких законопроєктів у частині можливого приєднання України до Римського статуту Міжнародного кримінального суду та окреслюються шляхи подальшого співробітництва між Україною та Судом.Topical aspects of cooperation between Ukraine and the International Criminal Court in the context of Ukraine’s appeals to the International Criminal Court are considered in the article, some legal acts provisions regarding Ukraine’s possible accession to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court are analyzed, and the ways of further cooperation between Ukraine and the Court are outlined.
