| dc.description.abstract | У даній науковій статті розкрито поняття, ознаки та особливості фізичної культури, функція суб’єкта в межах фізичної культури, коли вона є інститутом оздоровчого комплексу засобів, що науково розроблений і доведений, метою якого є покращення фізичного стану особи та підвищення ефективності життєвого потенціалу, збільшення продуктивності праці. Визначено, що фізична культура – це частина культури соціуму, в основі якої лежить виховання використання людиною свого фізичного потенціалу для всебічного і гармонійного розвитку, на підставі наукових знань, заснованих на потенційних можливостях и потребах організму.
