Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню окремих питань здійснення парламентського контролю за додержанням прав військовослужбовців в Україні. Наголошується, що не зважаючи на те, що питання парламентського контролю за додержанням прав військовослужбовців є об’єктом наукових праць, загалом вони залишаються ще недостатньо дослідженими, а існуюча в Україні система такого контролю потребує вдосконалення. Звертається увага на особливу важливість прав військовослужбовців в сучасний період, що вимагає відповідного ставлення з боку держави, в тому числі і стосовно здійснення контролю за їх додержанням. Однією з важливих складових системи такого контролю є парламентський контроль, найпотужнішими суб’єктами якого виступають комітети парламенту та інститути омбудсмена. The article is dedicated to the research of separate questions of performance of the parliamentary control over observance of military personnel rights in Ukraine. It is emphasized that despite the fact that a question of parliamentary control over observance of military personnel rights is an object of scientific works, in general they aren’t still researched enough, but existing in Ukraine system of such control is needed to be improved. Attention is paid to the special importance of the rights of military personnel in modern period demanding the appropriate attitude from the government including and regarding the performance of the control over its observance. One of important components of the system of such control is a parliamentary control the strongest subjects of which are Committees of Parliament and Institutes of Ombudsman.
