| dc.description.abstract | Автором здійснено аналіз сутності принципу верховенства права на публічній службі як принципу, на якому передусім має базуватися діяльність усіх гілок влади, зокрема й органів публічної служби. Встановлено, що принцип верховенства права на публічній службі має особливо важливе значення та є одним з принципів, що складають фундамент діяльності публічної служби. Необхідність з’ясування сутності принципу верховенства права на публічній службі та доцільність удосконалення його законодавчого закріплення у вітчизняному законодавстві пов’язана з актуальністю питання реформування діяльності публічної служби в сучасних реаліях та недосконалістю чинного законодавства у цій сфері. The author analyzed the essence of the principle of the supremacy of law in public service as a principle on which the activities of all branches of government, including public service bodies, should primarily be based. It was established that the principle of the supremacy of law in the public service is of particular importance and is one of the principles that form the foundation of the activity of the public service. The need to clarify the essence of the principle of the supremacy of law in the public service and the feasibility of improving its legislative consolidation in domestic legislation is related to the urgency of the issue of reforming the activity of the public service in modern realities and the imperfection of the current legislation in this area. | |
