Abstract
У статті аналізуються недоліки нормативного врегулювання питань, пов’язаних із реалізацією норм адміністративного законодавства, окреслюються проблеми, які виникають у процесі реалізації адміністративно-правових норм та формулюються пропозиції щодо вдосконалення чинного адміністративного законодавства. Виокремлюються напрями вдосконалення вітчизняного адміністративного законодавства. The article analyzes the shortcomings of the statutory regulation of issues related to the implementation of the norms of administrative legislation; problems arising in the process of implementing administrative rules are outlined and demands are formulated to improve the current administrative legislation. Directions of improvement of the domestic administrative legislation are singled out.
