| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан забезпечення та реалізації гарантії незалежності судового експерта в контексті його матеріального і соціального забезпечення. Доведено, що важливе місце в забезпеченні та реалізації гарантії незалежності судового експерта в контексті його матеріального і соціального забезпечення займає закріплене на законодавчому рівні право на оплату праці згідно з його статусом, важливістю завдань, покладених на нього, з огляду на захищеність та незалежність його професійної діяльності, а також відповідно до визнаних європейських стандартів. Виокремлено специфічні риси та умови експертної діяльності. The article analyzes the current state of ensuring and implementing the guarantee of independence of a forensic expert in the context of his material and social security. Given the realities, an attempt is made to characterize the current state of security and implementation of the guarantee of independence of a forensic expert in the context of his material and social security. It is proved that an important place in ensuring and implementing the guarantee of independence of a forensic expert in the context of his material and social security is the right to remuneration enshrined in law in accordance with his status, the importance of the tasks assigned to him, given the security and independence of his professional activities, as well as in accordance with recognized European standards.
