| dc.description.abstract | У статті аналізуються особливості адміністративно-правового регулювання загальної дисциплінарної відповідальності у вітчизняній галузі трудових відносин. Запропоновано обґрунтування своєрідності вітчизняних трудових відносин, а також визначення властивостей їх адміністративно-правових аспектів. Визначено зміст і сутність політики держави стосовно соціального діалогу в структурі договірних відносин в галузі праці. Охарактеризовано значення загальної дисциплінарної відповідальності в галузі трудових відносин. Розроблені відповідні рекомендації науково-теоретичного і нормативно-правового змісту. The article analyzes the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of general disciplinary responsibility in the domestic branch of labor relations. It is proposed to substantiate the originality of domestic labor relations, as well as to determine the properties of their administrative and legal aspects. The content and essence of the state policy in relation to social dialogue in the structure of contractual relations in the field of labor is determined. The importance of general disciplinary responsibility in the field of labor relations is characterized. The relevant recommendations of scientific-theoretical and regulatory content have been developed. | |
