Abstract
Інтернет являє собою глобальне об’єднання комп’ютерних мереж, інформаційних ресурсів та різноманітних інформаційно-телекомунікаційних сервісів, тобто це технологічне середовище, в якому реалізовуються різноманітні правовідносини. При цьому значній частині відносин, як і в повсякденному звичайному житті, притаманна суперечливість інтересів їх учасників. Нині Інтернет став невід’ємною частиною життя більшості населення України, що пов’язано не лише з можливістю оперативного спілкування, отримання інформації щодо різних сфер життєдіяльності тощо, а й з певними видами профе- сійної діяльності. Водночас варто зауважити, що Інтернет є надзвичайно популярним серед осіб підліткового віку, які сприймають його насамперед як засіб комунікації, розваг тощо. Незважаючи на потужний позитивний потенціал, Інтернет має певні, не менш потужні важелі негативного впливу, які можуть призвести до формування протиправної поведінки підростаючого покоління. Незважаючи на численну кількість наукових досліджень у цій сфері, а також розробку і впровадження різноманітних профілактичних програм, проблема залишається невирішеною. The Internet is a global combination of computer networks, information resources and various information and telecommunications services, that is a technological environment in which various legal relationships are implemented. In this case, a significant part of the relationship, as in daily life, is characterized by conflicting interests of their participants. Currently, the Internet has become an integral part of the vast majority of the population of Ukraine, which is associated not only with the ability to communicate effectively, obtaining information regarding various spheres of life and things like that, but also with certain types of professional activities. At the same time, one can argue that the Internet is extremely popular among adolescents, who perceive it primarily as a communication tool, entertainment and things like that. Despite its powerful positive potential, the Internet also has certain, no less powerful, negative leverage that can result in the younger generation illegal behavior. Despite numerous scientific research in this area, as well as the development and implementation of various prevention programs, the problem remains unresolved.
