| dc.description.abstract | В умовах реформування правоохоронних органів, активізації діяльності по боротьбі з корупцією та підвищення ефективності правоохоронної служби першочергового значення набуває формування системи юридичної відповідальності працівників Національної поліції. Застосування інструментів юридичної відповідальності має спиратися на чітку й сучасну нормативну основу. Правовий феномен, що є предметом даної статті, користується незмінним інтересом трудового права України. Відповідальність – одна з основних категорій, яка широко використовувана в правоохоронній практиці. Тhe scientific article devoted to one of the areas of modern formation and development of the rule of law is associated with the improvement of various branches of law and relevant legislation in the field of labor law. One of the most important features in the application of legal liability to employees of the National Police of Ukraine is the correct definition and use of its legal regulation. That will allow police officers to fully perform the tasks set before them by the state and society. One of the priority tasks of Ukraine as a democratic, legal, social state is the protection of legitimate interests, freedoms and human and civil rights. | |
