Abstract
В Україні кожному гарантовано право на одержання правничої допомоги. Зважаючи, що надання правничих послуг конкретному їх замовникові, як правило, має триваючий характер, особливої актуальності набувають питання регулювання як порядку створення і діяльності таких юридичних осіб, так і процедури їхнього припинення, зокрема, реорганізації. In Ukraine, everyone is guaranteed the right to legal aid. Given that the provision of legal services to a particular customer, as a rule, is ongoing, the issues of regulating both the order of creation and operation of such legal entities and the procedure for their termination, in particular, reorganization, have become especially relevant.
