Abstract
Наукова стаття присвячена сутності та основним характерним ознакам принципу процесуальної економії в адміністративному судочинстві. На основі аналізу чинного адміністративно-процесуального законодавства подано авторське визначення принципу процесуальної економії, запропоновані зміни до законодавства. The scientific article deals with the essence and main characteristic features of the principle of procedural economy in administrative legal proceedings. Based on the analysis of the current administrative procedure law presents a definition of the principle of procedural economy and the proposed changes to the legislation.
