| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено основні доктринальні підходи до тлумачення терміна «верховенство права», виокремлено та охарактеризовано структурні елементи принципу верховенства права з метою визначення його змісту та необхідності його впровадження до нормативно-правових актів органів публічної служби. З’ясовано, що існуючі доктринальні підходи до тлумачення терміна «принципи верховенства права» суттєво різняться, при цьому дослідження щодо змісту принципу верховенства права на публічній службі окремо не проводились. Висновки статті свідчать про новий підхід до формування змісту принципу верховенства права з огляду на застосування його представниками публічної служби при взаємодії з громадянами. The article examines the main doctrinal approaches to the interpretation of the term "rule of law", identifies and describes the structural elements of the rule of law principle in order to determine its content and the necessity of its introduction into normative and legal acts of public service bodies. It has been found out that the existing doctrinal approaches to the interpretation of the term "rule of law principles" differ significantly, while studies on the content of the rule of law principle in the public service were not individually carried out. The conclusions of the article testify to the new approach to the formation of the content of the rule of law principle in view of the application by its representatives of the public service in interaction with citizens. | |
