| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено історіографії трансформації виправно-трудового законодавства незалежної України періоду 1991–2003 рр. Продемонстровано її значення для формування нормативно-правового регулювання виконання покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на певний строк. Визначено основну джерельну базу історіографії трансформації виправно-трудового законодавства незалежної України в кримінально-виконавче законодавство та показано її вплив на виконання покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на певний строк. The article is dedicated to the historiography of the transformation of the correctional and labour legislation of independent Ukraine from 1991 to 2003. Its significance has been demonstrated for the formation of the normative and legal regulation of the execution of punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a fixed term. The main source base of historiography of the transformation of the correctional and labor legislation of independent Ukraine into the criminal and executive legislation is determined and its impact on the execution of punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a fixed term is shown. | |
