Abstract
У статті досліджено обумовленість ефективності норм адміністративного права якістю правозастосовної діяльності. Визначено, що якість є інтегральною характеристикою ефективності норм адміністративного права чи будь-якого іншого феномену як сукупності необхідної кількості взаємопов’язаних між собою системними та іншими суттєвими зв’язками елементів. Якість правозастосовної діяльності виявляє себе тоді, коли відбувається інституціоналізація правового задуму у реальному житті на підставі вихідних концептів правової культури – принципів справедливості, рівності, свободи та інших. The article reveals the conditionality of the norms of administrative law efficiency by the quality of law enforcement activity. It is determined that quality represents an integral characteristic of the effectiveness of the norms of administrative law or any other phenomenon as a set of necessary number of interconnected systems and other essential links of elements. The quality of law enforcement activity reveals itself when the institutionalization of the legal plan in real life takes place on the basis of the initial concepts of legal culture – the principles of justice, equality, freedom, and others.
