Abstract
Статтю присвячено вивченню особливостей використання географічних зазначень в Україні та світі. Проаналізовано основні положення та зміст вітчизняного та міжнародного законодавства, що стосується регулювання відносин, пов’язаних із використанням та захистом географічних зазначень. This article is devoted to the study of features the use of the geographical pointing in Ukraine and world. The main provisions and maintenance of home and international legislation, touching adjusting of the relations related to the use and defence of the geographical pointing, were analysed.
