Abstract
У статті досліджено складові верифікації вчинених в Україні воєнних злочинів інструментами міжнародного кримінального права. Від моменту початку повномасштабної війни рф проти України російські військові вчинили десятки тисяч воєнних злочинів. Серед них основними стали злочини проти життя, здоров’я та статевої недоторканості. Усі вони частини злочину проти людяності, які підслідні Міжнародному кримінальному суду ООН та визначаються такими у низці юридичних документів, що ухвалені публічними органами держав та міжнародних організацій. The article reveals the components of war crimes committed in Ukraine verification by means of international criminal law. Since the beginning of the russian federation’s full-scale war against Ukraine, the russian military has committed tens of thousands of war crimes. Among them, crimes against life, health, sexual integrity and freedom became the main ones. All of them are part of a crime against humanity, which is under investigation by the International Criminal Court of the United Nations and defined as such in a number of legal documents adopted by public bodies of states and international organizations.
