Abstract
У статті досліджено правові аспекти формування та діяльності перших міжнародних інституцій (органів) у галузі цивільної авіації. Метою статті є дослідження правових особливостей створення міжнародних інституційних механізмів у сфері авіаційного транспорту. The article explores the legal aspects of the formation and activities of the first international institutions (bodies) in the civil aviation. The goal is to study the legal features of the creation of international institutional mechanisms in the aviation transport.
