Abstract
На підставі аналізу наукової літератури, універсальних і регіональних правових актів досліджено питання міжнародно-правового регулювання громадської експертизи органів державної влади й місцевого самоврядування.On the basis of scientific literature, international and regional legal acts, the issue of international legal regulation of public expertise of public authoritiesand local governments was studied. Thepurposeof the articles is to determine the main provisions of international standards that regulate the issues of public examination of public authorities and local governments.
