Abstract
Наукова стаття присвячена дослідженню та комплексному аналізу еволюції становлення поняття «права землекористування» та «права власності на землю» у ретроспективному вимірі. Констатовано, що на сучасному перехідному етапі розвитку та впровадження земельної реформи в Україні найважливішим завданням залишається проблема реформування відносин у сфері земельної власності. У зв'язку з цим найбільшої актуальності набуває питання про можливість і доцільність запро- вадження тих чи інших форм власності на землю, так як різні форми земельної власності здатні вплинути на земельні відносини, покращуючи їх зміст або перешкоджаючи їх розвитку. The scientific article is devoted to the study and comprehensive analysis of the evolution of the concept of "land use rights" and "land ownership" in retrospect.
It is stated that at the current transitional stage of development and implementation of land reform in Ukraine the most important task is the problem of reforming relations in the field of land ownership. In this regard, the most relevant is the possibility and feasibility of introducing certain forms of land ownership, as various forms of land ownership can affect land relations, improving their content or hindering their development.
