Abstract
У статті розглянуто проблеми застосування заходів адміністративної відповідальності за псування і забруднення сільськогосподарських та інших земель. Автор пропонує збільшити розміри штрафних санкцій, застосовувати заходи відповідальності як до фізичних, так і до юридичних осіб, визнати повторність як кваліфікаційну ознаку об’єктивної сторони правопорушення.The article examines the problems of applying administrative responsibility measures for spoilage and pollution of agricultural and other lands. The author proposes to increase the size of penalties, to apply measures of responsibility to both individuals and legal entities; recognize repetition as a qualifying sign of the objective side of the offense.
