| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена формулюванню авторського поняття темпоральних характеристик судового адміністративного процесу при вирішенні податкових спорів під час дії карантину, визначення на його основі подальших напрямів розвитку положень щодо розгляд судами адміністративних справ. Визначено, що темпоральні характеристики адміністративного судочинства при вирішенні податкових спорів під час дії карантину доцільно визначити як процесуальні норми, в яких проявляється зв’язок між процесуальними строками та процесуальними діями, що вчиняються у межах цих строків, щодо розгляду і вирішення виділеної категорії публічно-правових спорів, та відображають вплив чинника часу на виникнення, зміну і припинення процесуальних правовідносин, у межах яких учасники судового адміністративного процесу щодо розгляду і вирішення розглядуваної категорії публічно-правих спорів реалізують адміністративну процесуальну правосуб’єктність. The concept of temporal characteristics of the judicial administrative process in the resolution of tax disputes during the quarantine The article is devoted to the formulation of the author’s concept of the temporal characteristics of the judicial administrative process in the resolution of tax disputes during the quarantine, the determination of further directions for the development of provisions on the consideration of administrative cases by courts. It was determined that the temporal characteristics of administrative proceedings in the resolution of tax disputes during the period of quarantine should be defined as procedural norms in which the connection between procedural terms and procedural actions committed within these terms is manifested, regarding the consideration and resolution of a selected category of public law disputes, and reflect the influence of the time factor on the emergence, change and termination of procedural legal relations, within which the participants of the judicial administrative process regarding the consideration and resolution of the considered category of public law disputes realize administrative procedural legal personality. | |
