Abstract
У статті проаналізовано правові, а також пов’язані з ними інституційні засади утворення та діяль-ності міжнародних кримінальних судових органів, які належать до контамінованої (змішаної) моде-лі міжна-родного правосуддя, що викликають великий науковий і практичний інтерес. Висновки. Висвітлення сутності та особливостей правових й інституційних засад утворення та діяльності міжнародних кримінальних контамінованих судів має вагоме значення у сфері боротьби з міжна-родними злочинами, забезпеченні миру та міжнародної безпеки. Застосування контамінованої моделі міжнародного кримінального правосуддя сприяє підвищенню ефективності протидії міжна-родній злочинності. The article analyzes the legal and institutional principles of forma-tion and activity of international criminal judicial bodies, which are related to the contaminated (mixed) model of interna-tional justice, which are of great scientific and practical interest. Conclusions. Coverage of the nature and features of the legal and institutional framework for the formation and operation of international criminal contaminated courts plays an important role in the fight against international crime, peace and international security. The application of a contaminated model of international criminal justice helps to increase the effectiveness of combating international crime.
