Abstract
У статті досліджено та проаналізовано питання взаємозв’язку трудового права й економіки та їх вплив на становлення умов праці. Розглянуто особливості та основні компоненти вищезазначених понять. Досліджено особливості врегулювання взаємозв’язку трудового права та економіки в Україні. Проведено порівняльно-правовий аналіз чинного законодавства щодо напрямів взаємозв’язку трудового права й економіки та зроблено висновок, що поняття «трудове право» загалом, та «умови праці» зокрема тісно пов’язані з економічним розвитком країни. The article examines and analyzes the issues of the relationship of labor law and economics and their influence on the formation of working conditions. Features and main components of the above concepts are considered. The peculiarities of the regu- lation of the relationship of labor law and economy in Ukraine are investigated. A comparative legal analysis of current legislation on the directions of the relationship between labor law and the economy was conducted and concluded that the concept of “labor law” in general and “working conditions” in particular are closely related to the economic development of the country.
