Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанням щодо формування принципу комплексного використання земель та визначення його місця в системі принципів земельного права. Розглянуті основні наукові погляди стосовно формулювання таких понять, як «принципи права», «принципи земельного права». Проаналізовані основні наукові розробки щодо визначення поняття та змісту принципів земельного права, права природокористування, екологічного права та їх характеристика. The article is devoted to the questions of formation of the principle of integrated land use and determination of its place in the system of principles of land law. The main scientific views regarding the formulation of such concepts as “principles of law”, “principles of land law” are considered. The main scientific developments concerning the definition of the concept and content of the principles of land law, the rights of nature use, environmental law and their characteristics are analyzed.
