Abstract
У статті розглянуто актуальні питання, які стосуються розголошення відомостей досудового розслідування кримінальних проваджень після його завершення. Доведено, що поняття нерозголошення відомостей досудового розслідування є тотожним поняттям таємниця досудового розслідування та таємниця слідства. The article deals with relevant issues regarding information disclosure of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceeding after its completion. It has been proven that the non-disclosure of pre-trial investigation information is identical to secrecy of pre-trial investigation and secrecy of investigation.
