Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню кримінологічної моделі функціонування органів пробації в Україні. Проведено її видову класифікацію, сформовано авторське визначення поняття «кримінологічна модель», проаналізовано її основні структурні елементи із зазначенням емпіричних даних. The article is devoted to the study of the criminological model of the function- ing of the probation bodies in Ukraine. Its species classification was determined, the author’s definition of the concept of “criminological model” was formulated, and its basic structural elements were analyzed with empirical data.
