Abstract
У статті розглянуто особливості організації обліку виплат працівникам як елементу управління персоналом. Проаналізовані облікові операції за сегментом «Заробітна плата» відповідно до змісту. Побудована схема потоків облікових документів з нарахування заробітної плати на основі системи «пулів» підрозділів центрів відповідальності. In the article the peculiarities of the accounting of payments to employees as an element of personnel management were considered. The accounting operations under the "Wages" segment were analyzed in accordance with the content. The scheme of flows of accounting documents on payroll calculation based on the system of "pools" of units of the centers of responsibility was constructed.
