Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз змісту злочину, пов’язаного зі злісною непокорою засуджених вимогам адміністрації установи виконання покарань, визначено основні проблемні моменти щодо застосування цієї правової норми на практиці, а також розроблено науково обґрунтовані заходи щодо їх вирішення по суті. The article analyzes the content of the crime connected with the malicious disobedience of the convicted to the requirements of the administration of the institution of execution of sentences, identifies the main points of concern concerning the application of this legal norm in practice, as well as developed scientifically grounded measures on their solution in essence.
