Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано теоретичні аспекти формування ефективної системи мотивації працівників на сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Досліджено ступінь значущості потреб і виявлення мотивів працівників. Запропоновані методи й інноваційні прийоми втілення ефективної системи мотивації на сільськогосподарських підприємствах. The formation and implementation of an effective system of employee motivation of plays a significant role at the present stage. This system will provide highly productive work of personnel and improve the final results of the activities of agricultural enterprises. Constant changes in the requirements for producers of agrarian sector determine the urgency issue of the formation and implementation an effective system of employee motivation, which requires deepening research in this direction. We distinguish the main problems concerning directly the motivation of employees at agricultural enterprises. These are payment systems that do not take into account the motivation of employees; the incentive system does not match tactics and business management strategies; incentive payments do not correspond to personal labor inputs and are not related to individual and collective results. The system of motivation for staff of agricultural enterprises must be clear and fair.
