| dc.description.abstract | Залежно від виду формату, він складається з різної комбінації елементів – об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності та так званих утилітарних елементів, котрі не захищаються правом. Юридична конструкція формату як складного об’єкта права інтелектуальної власності потребує визначення елементів, які входять до його складу, а також підходів до охорони елементів національним та міжнародним законодавством. Кількість елементів формату варіюється залежно від етапу розробки формату. На першому етапі (розробки) формат, як правило, є суто сценарієм, що входить до об’єктів авторського права. Проте, якщо формат вже реалізується у вигляді телевізійної програми на національному або міжнародному рівні, то до його складу входять різноманітні елементи. Формати, які є складними об’єктами права інтелектуальної власності, пов’язані з такими процесами, як адаптація, локалізація, глобалізація.
