Abstract
У статті розглянуто загальну економічну ситуацію, що склалася на ринку праці України, виявлено основні тенденції його розвитку. Проаналізовано динаміку найважливіших показників ринку праці – рівнів зайнятості та безробіття як на всій території країни, так і окремо у регіонах. Дослідження показало, що чисельність економічно активного населення, а також зайнятих невпинно скорочується. Чисельність безробітних також скорочується, однак їхня частка у структурі економічно активного населення зростає, що обумовлено рядом чинників, проаналізованих у статті. Значну увагу приділено проблемі трудової міграції, розглянуто її причини та структуру. Запропоновано основні заходи реформування ринку праці, що сприятимуть покращенню умов його функціонування. The labor market occupies one of the central places in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development in Ukraine, since it is an integral component of a market economy, which ensures the allocation and re-allocation of societal labor across industries, types and forms of economic activity in the territorial space, according to the criterion of the most efficient use of labor potential of households, enterprises, region, country, and in accordance with the structure of public needs and forms of ownership. The main measures for reforming the labor market are suggested, contributing to the improvement of the conditions for its functioning. The main areas for reforming the labor market in Ukraine are: improvement of the system of remuneration; social support of certain groups of the population; stimulation by the state of small and medium business development; improvement of normative and legal regulation; reduction of tax burden on enterprises; development of an active state social and economic policy aimed at attracting young people and graduates of higher educational institutions. The direction of activity in these areas will help to successfully overcome the crisis phenomena that have developed in the labor market.
