Abstract
Досліджено сутність міжнародних виборчих правових стандартів у їх взаємозв’язку із захистом виборчих прав в Україні. Проаналізовано конституційні принципи виборчого права України та практику їх застосування. Investigated the essence of international electoral legal standards in their interrelation with the protection of electoral rights in Ukraine. The constitutional principles of the electoral law of Ukraine and the practice of their application are analyzed.
