dc.description.abstractОбґрунтовано обов’язок держави та суспільства захищати права дитини, зокрема право на життя та фізичну недоторканність; право не бути об’єктом знущань чи жорстокого, нелюдського або принизливого поводження; право на здоровий і безпечний розвиток тощо. Доведено, що жорстоке ставлення негативно позначається на всіх аспектах фізичного, психічного та соціального становлення дитини, ускладнює процеси її зростання й дорослішання, унеможливлюючи встановлення зрілих, безпечних відносин між дитиною та навколишнім світом, суспільством, окремими людьми.The family code defines the family as the basic unit of society, the best condition for education and child development. The parents themselves choose the means and methods of child rearing, but educational measures should not violate human dignity of the child. Human dignity of the child, humiliating physical punishment that in the current legislation are considered physical violence. The violation of personal integrity can be very diverse, given the violation of the physical, moral, mental, and informational privacy. The low efficiency of early revealing of family trouble leads to the fact that services for children, tend to get families with children in the stage of deep crisis. Under ill-treatment should be understood of physical or mental violence (beating, child-beating, threats, intimidation and the like, as well as attempted sexual integrity), the use of unacceptable methods of discipline, humiliation of human dignity of the child, etc.; chronic alcoholism or drug abuse; any exploitation of a child, forced child begging and vagrants.uk_UA
