Abstract
У статті досліджено засади юридичної відповідальності за порушення вимог законодавства у галузі охорони праці. Доведено, що фактичне заподіяння шкоди здоров’ю потерпілого, факт загибелі людей чи настання інших тяжких наслідків є основним критерієм розмежування дисциплінарної, адміністративної від кримінальної відповідальності за порушення вимог законодавства про охорону праці. In the article the author investigates the bases of legal liability for violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of labor protection. It is proved that actual damage to the victim’s health, the fact of death of people or other grave consequences is the main criterion for distinguishing disciplinary, administrative from criminal liability for violation of the legislation on labor protection.
