Abstract
Проаналізовано стан та тенденції розвитку будівельної галузі в Україні та в Харківському регіоні. Виявлено вплив обсягу будівництва на ВВП. Визначено оптимальні математичні моделі для прогнозування обсягів будівництва, ВРП та ВВП. The current state of all economic systems is characterized by a high level of volatility. The enterprise, for the sake of its sustainable development, needs to conduct analytical researches on the current state of the industry and the economy of the country / region as a whole, so to predict future development trends in order to make sound management decisions, minimizing various risks. The construction industry is also non exception. That is why this study is relevant and timely.
