Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано динаміку кількості зайнятих працівників у розрізі великих, середніх та малих будівельних підприємств, а також у розрізі видів будівельної діяльності протягом періоду 2010-2018 рр. Запропоновано послідовність розрахунків структурних змін кадрового забезпечення будівельних підприємств. На основі розрахунків індексу, швидкості та інтенсивності структурних змін у кадровому забезпеченні підприємств за видами будівельних робіт встановлено їх динаміку протягом періоду 2010-2018 рр. The article describes the dynamics of the number of employees employed by large, medium and small construction enterprises, as well as by types of construction activities during the period 2010-2018. On the basis of calculations of the index, speed and intensity of structural changes in the personnel supply of enterprises by types of construction works, their dynamics during the period 20102018 was established. The purpose of the paper is to identify trends in development and structural changes in the staffing of the functioning of construction enterprises.
