Досліджено теоретичні, методологічні та практичні аспекти програмно-цільового управління гармонійним розвитком підприємств. Проаналізовано шляхи вдосконалення програмно-цільового управління гармонійним розвитком українських підприємств в умовах європейської інтеграції. Запропоновано для використання блок-схему програмно-цільового управління гармонійним розвитком підприємства. The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of program-targeted management of harmonious development of enterprises under the European integration conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of program-targeted management of the harmonious development of enterprises and to develop recommendations for its improvement under the European integration conditions. Methodological and informational basis of the research are scientific works, materials of periodicals, Internet resources. The methods of the research were retrospective analysis, a method of theoretical generalization to form their own approach to understanding key concepts in the field of programmatic and targeted management of harmonious development of enterprises. Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of program-based management of harmonious development of enterprises are investigated. The ways of improving the programmatic and targeted management of the harmonious development of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of European integration are analyzed. Creating a stable system of programmatic and targeted management of harmonious development in the conditions of modern market relations will allow to solve effectively a number of tasks aimed at increasing the level of adaptability of the enterprise and its management. It is suggested to use the block diagram of program-targeted management of harmonious development of the enterprise. The proposed algorithm differs from others in that it allows to concentrate managers' efforts on development and use of perspective achievements of scientific and technological progress in a timely manner, which will contribute to harmonious innovative development of enterprises, creation of conditions for long-term efficiency of their activity.Item АСПЕКТИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ КРИПТОВАЛЮТИ УКРАЇНИ ТА КРАЇН ЄС. ASPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE CRYPTUALITY OF UKRAINE AND EU COUNTRIES(2020) ЯМНЕНКО, Тетяна Михайлівна; YAMNENKO, Tetiana MykhailivnaНа базі вітчизняних і зарубіжних наукових розвідок, діючого законодавства України та зарубіжного досвіду визначено фінансово-правову сутність криптовалюти, її характерні особливості, історія виникнення криптовалюти. Застосовано методи документального аналізу і синтезу, порівняльного аналізу, об’єктивної істини, пізнавально-аналітичний тощо. Результати: автором проаналізовано ситуацію щодо визначення правового статусу криптовалюти в зарубіжних країнах та Україні. Проведено аналіз стосовно проблеми розвитку ринку криптовалюти. The purpose of the paper is to determine the financial and legal nature of cryptocurrency, its characteristic features, the history of cryptocurrency on the basis of domestic and foreign scientific intelligence, current legislation of Ukraine and foreign experience. Approaches to determining the nature of cryptocurrencies are available in the world and national practice. Research methods: documentary analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, objective truth, cognitive-analytical, etc. The author analyzes the situation of determining the legal status of cryptocurrency in foreign countries and Ukraine, and substantiates the peculiarities of the application in the world practice of three basic approaches to regulation of the cryptocurrency market. The article presents a number of practical problems that determine the need to intensify the activity of the state on the legal regulation of cryptocurrency in Ukraine. The article is devoted to the study of global factors influencing the innovative development of the national economy, which aims to support Ukraine's global competitiveness. The article defines the internal prerequisites for the innovative decline of economic sectors of the national economy which result in social, economic, political, scientific losses, and, as a consequence, reduced demand for research activities, reducing the effectiveness of research and the pace of innovation development of the national economy as a whole. An innovative type of economy aims at maximizing the economic impact of every new or improved technology and idea. Визначено прогнозний на період 2020-2024 рр. економічний ефект від державного стимулювання внутрішнього попиту на автомобілі вітчизняного виробництва, як для автомобілебудівних підприємств (ПрАТ «Промавтоінвест», корпорації «Богдан», ПрАТ «Єврокар», ПрАТ «АвтоКрАЗ», ПрАТ «БАЗ», ПрАТ «Часівоярські автобуси», ПрАТ «Чернігівський автозавод», ПАТ «Черкаський автобус») у вигляді чистого прибутку, так і для держави у вигляді поповнення Державного бюджету внаслідок сплати автовиробниками податку на додану вартість і податку на прибуток підприємств. Effective interaction of the state with automobile manufacturers should be based on mutually beneficial conditions, and the result of such cooperation should have a concrete economic effect. Today Ukrainian automakers need the state support for stimulating the domestic demand for their products. The purpose of the paper is to forecaste the economic effect of state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles. Results. The article tested the methodological tools for forecasting the economic effect of state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles. Висвітлено основні інструменти мікро-поведінкових фінансів, визначено вплив поведінкових фінансів на забезпечення ефективного результату діяльності суб'єктів економічних відносин. Обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого дослідження поведінкових фінансів у сучасній фінансовій науці. Охарактеризовано, як поведінкові фінанси покликані пояснити поведінку суб’єктів економічних відносин у процесі прийняття рішень на фінансовому ринку, також, як поведінковий підхід достатньою мірою проявляється у прогнозуванні наслідків діяльності підприємства на сьогодні. The article analyzes the differences between traditional finance and behavioral finance. The basic tools of microbehavioral finance are highlighted, the influence of behavioral finance on ensuring the effective result of the activity of economic relations is determined. The necessity of further study of behavioral finance in modern financial science is substantiated. It describes how behavioral finance is intended to explain the behavior of economic relations in financial market decision-making, as well as how the behavioral approach is sufficiently manifested in predicting the effects of an entity's activities today. . Assessment of the prospects of enterprise development, taking into account changes in the economy and behavioral finance is the basis for the formation of forecast data and drawing up plans. As a rule, virtually all forecasting methods are based on changes that occur from one period to another, without taking into account the behavioral factor, which allows only to predict the financial results of the enterprise while maintaining existing trends in the market environment, without taking into account possible qualitative changes and may lead to inefficient economic activity, and thus to a decrease in profit.Item ФАКТОРНІ ТА ПРОГНОЗНІ ОЦІНКИ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ. FACTORS AND FORECAST ASSESSMENTS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE(2020) ДМИТРІЄВА, Оксана Іллівна; DMYTRIIEVA, Oksana IllivnaРезультати моделювання доводять, що розроблена імітаційна модель інноваційної поведінки об’єктів транспортної інфраструктури Київського регіону має значний потенціал по поясненню особливостей інноваційної їх поведінки, визначенню та впровадженню першочергових інноваційних проектів. Факторні та прогнозні оцінки інноваційного розвитку транспортної інфраструктури Київського регіону дозволяють оцінити вплив на інноваційну поведінку тих чи інших факторів, у т.ч. ступінь розвиненості елементів інноваційної інфраструктури та ефективність заходів державного регулювання інноваційної активності об’єктів транспортної інфраструктури у координатах двовимірної матриці «Ефективність-Надійність». Due to the introduction of the euro integration vector of the Ukrainian economy development, the modernization and adaptation of the transport infrastructure to the EU standards should take place. For ensuring the efficient operation of transport infrastructure, it is necessary to develop a new, more efficient management model in the form of a national innovative transport HUB. The simulation results prove that the developed simulation model of innovative behavior of the transport infrastructure objects has considerable potential for explaining the peculiarities of the innovative behavior of the transport infrastructure objects of the Kyiv region, identifying and implementing priority innovative projects. Factor and predictive assessments of the innovative development of transport infrastructure of the Kyiv region, allows to evaluate the impact on the innovative behavior of certain factors, including the degree of development of elements of innovative infrastructure and the effectiveness of measures for state regulation of innovative activity of transport infrastructure objects in the coordinates of twodimensional matrix “Efficiency-Reliability”.Item ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ТА СТРУКТУРНИХ ЗМІН У КАДРОВОМУ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ. Запропоновано послідовність розрахунків структурних змін кадрового забезпечення будівельних підприємств. На основі розрахунків індексу, швидкості та інтенсивності структурних змін у кадровому забезпеченні підприємств за видами будівельних робіт встановлено їх динаміку протягом періоду 2010-2018 рр. The article describes the dynamics of the number of employees employed by large, medium and small construction enterprises, as well as by types of construction activities during the period 2010-2018. On the basis of calculations of the index, speed and intensity of structural changes in the personnel supply of enterprises by types of construction works, their dynamics during the period 20102018 was established. The purpose of the paper is to identify trends in development and structural changes in the staffing of the functioning of construction enterprises.Item КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ТАКТИЧНИХ ПРИЙОМІВ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ДОПИТУ. CLASSIFICATION OF TACTICAL METHODS OF INTERVIEW(2020) СЕМЕНЮК, Оксана Анатоліївна; SEMENIUK, Oksana AnatoliivnaУ статті розкрито поняття допит як важлива процесуальна і найчастіше практикована слідча дія, що є однією з форм отримання доказової інформації, процесуальний засіб формування і перевірки доказів. У результаті допиту здобувається і перевіряється значна частина відомостей про подію злочину, встановлюються мотиви та мета злочину, а також умови, за яких він відбувався та які сприяли його скоєнню. Проаналізовано класифікації тактичних прийомів проведення допиту. The article describes the concept of interrogation as an important procedural and often practiced investigative action, which is a form of obtaining evidentiary information, a procedural means of generating and verifying evidence. As a result of the interrogation, a considerable part of the information about the event of the crime is obtained and verified, the motives and purpose of the crime, as well as the conditions under which it occurred and which contributed to its commission, are established. Classifications of tactical methods of interrogation are analyzed. The general procedural task of the interrogation is to obtain from each interviewee all known to him reliable information about the facts and circumstances in which the incident occurred, and about the persons involved in it.Item
