Abstract
У статті досліджено систему поліцейських заходів, розглянуто особливості їх застосування поліцейськими, значення поліцейських заходів у системі засобів реалізації правоохоронної функції держави. З допомогою аналізу категорій «функція» і «правоохоронна функція» автор окреслив місце Національної поліції в системі суб’єктів забезпечення правоохоронної функції держави. Особливу увагу приділено превентивній функції як одному з ключових напрямів поліцейської діяльності. У підсумку автор зазначає, що відсутність чіткого законодавчого закріплення функцій поліції, наявність наукових розбіжностей у визначенні завдань поліції зумовлюють зниження ефективності роботи різних структурних підрозділів Національної поліції України. The article describes the system of police measures, the features of their application by the police in the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state. With the help of the analysis of the categories “function” and “law enforcement function” the author outlined the place of the National police in the system of subjects of law enforcement function of the state. Particular attention is paid to the preventive function as one of the key areas of police activity. As a result, the author notes that the lack of a clear legislative consolidation of the functions of the police, the presence of scientific disagreements in determining the tasks of the police contributes to the reduction of the effectiveness of the various structural units of the National police of Ukraine.
