Abstract
У статті здійснено систематизацію нормативно-правових актів, які регулюють сферу трансплантації анатомічних матеріалів та розподілено їх на три групи: міжнародні, регіональні та національні. Надається перелік основних міжнародних та регіональних нормативно-правових актів, прийняття яких реалізують такі міжнародні організації як Всесвітня Організація Охорони здоров’я, Всесвітня Медична Асоціація, Організація Об’єднаних Націй, Рада Європи, Європейський Союз, Трансплантаційне товариство, Міжнародне товариство нефрології, Співдружність Незалежних Держав. The article deals with the systematization of normative legal acts regulating the sphere of transplantation of anatomical materials and is divided into three groups: international, regional and national. The list of the main international and regional legal acts, adopted by international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the World Medical Association, the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the European Union, the Transplantation Society, the International Society of Nephrology, the Commonwealth of Independent States and others.
