Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття та видів похідних доказів у кримінальному процесі. Аналізуються підходи вчених до визначення поняття похідних доказів, на підставі чого наводиться авторська їх дефініція. З урахуванням норм Кримінального процесуального кодексу України окреслюються види похідних доказів. The article is dedicated to the research of the concept and types of derivative evidences in the criminal process. The approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of derivative evidences are analyzed, on the basis of which the author’s definition of their concept is given.
