| dc.description.abstract | У статті обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження механізму притягнення суддів апеляційних судів до дисциплінарної відповідальності як однієї із законодавчо визначених гарантій незалежності суддів. Зазначено, що питанням дисциплінарної відповідальності суддів у світі приділяють на особливу увагу через високу соціальну значимість професійної діяльності суддів, що знайшло своє закріплення в міжнародних документах, у тому числі необхідність закріплення на національному законодавчому рівні чітких визначень підстав та процедури притягнення суддів до дисциплінарної відповідальності. Складовою частиною цих правових явищ є процедура дисциплінарного провадження стосовно суддів апеляційних судів. The article substantiates the relevance of the study of the mechanism of bringing judges of appeals to disciplinary responsibility as one of the legally defined guarantees of the independence of judges. It is noted that the issue of disciplinary liability of judges all over the world special attention is paid due to the high social significance of professional activity of judges, which is enshrined in international instruments, including the need to establish at the national level clear definitions and procedures for disciplinary action. A component of these legal phenomena is the procedure of disciplinary proceedings against judges of appellate courts. | |
