Проаналізовано конституційні положення щодо землі як основного національного багатства. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regime of land as the main national wealth of Ukraine. The article emphasizes the exceptional role of land as the main national wealth in providing decent living conditions for citizens of Ukraine, economic and political sovereignty of the state.
