Abstract
У науковій публікації досліджується історія становлення та розвитку національного законодавства в контексті реалізації «публічних інтересів». Формулюється висновок про те, що відбувся поступовий перехід від домінування державних інтересів у національному праві до встановлення оптимального балансу між публічними та приватними інтересами. The scientific publication analyzes the history of the formation and development of national legislation in the context of the implementation of “public interests”. The conclusion is formulated that there was a gradual transition from the domination of state interests in national law to the establishment of an optimal balance between public and private interests.
