dc.description.abstract	Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню теоретичних і правових основ судового контролю у кримінальному процесі. Проведено аналіз етапів становлення та розвитку законодавства незалежної України щодо здійснення судового контролю у кримінальному процесі: перший етап – 1991–2012 роки (період дії КПК 1960 р.); 2 етап – з 2012 р. і донині. Розкрито стан наукових проблем щодо поняття та видів судового контролю у кримінальному процесі. Сформульовано авторське визначення цього поняття. Констатовано, що окрім попереджувального та подальшого судового контролю, є третій його вид, під час якого слідчий суддя встановлює та поновлює процесуальні строки, розглядає відводи, допитує свідка, потерпілого в судовому засіданні, вирішує питання про речові докази.Thesis presents research of the theoretical and legal foundations of judicial control in the criminal process. The analysis of the stages of formation and development of the legislation of independent Ukraine regarding the implementation of judicial control in the criminal process was carried out: the first stage: 1991–2012 (the period of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of 1960 in force); the second stage: from 2012 untill today. The state of scientific problems concerning the concept and types of judicial control in the criminal process is revealed. The author's definition of this concept is formulated. It is stated that besides preventive and follow-up judicial control, there is a third form, during which the investigating judge establishes and resumes the procedural deadlines, examines the drafts, interrogates the witness, the victim in a court session, decides on the issue of material evidence.	uk_UA
