Abstract
У статті проводиться дослідження особливостей визначення розмірів шкоди, які компенсуються у практиці міжнародних судових і арбітражних органів. Здійснюється аналіз юридичної літератури і міжнародної судової та арбітражної практики з питань визначення розмірів компенсації за міжнародно-протиправні діяння. Проводиться порівняльний аналіз Європейського суду із захисту прав людини та Міжнародного суду ООН. In this article analyzed the research of determining the extent of harm, which are compensated in the practice of international judicial and arbitration bodies. The analysis of legal literature and international litigation and arbitration practice is being carried out on the issues of determining the amount of compensation for internationally wrongful acts. A comparative analysis of the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice is conducted.
